DELIVERY INFORMATION
Packages are generally dispatched within three (3) working days after receipt of payment or confirmation of the order and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All orders placed before 10:am on a business day we aim to ship the same day, provided the transaction has been completed, we have received payment and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12noo will be shipped the following business day. During sales time there may be a slight delay. You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

There are three delivery options available, namely:

1. Pick up from store: This option simply means you have to come to any of our offices to collect the goods you had paid for.

2. Home / Office Delivery (Lagos only): This option is only for those living in Lagos. The delivery cost is One Thousand Naira only.

3. Home / Office delivery (outside Lagos): This option is mainly for goods going outside Lagos. Here, we cannot actually determine the delivery cost. Hence, the courier service determines the shipping cost.

Please note that Goods that require home/office delivery gets to the buyer between 24 and 72 hours.
